Medical Director Openings

Arbour-Fuller Hospital (South Attleboro, MA) is seeking a full time, Board Certified Psychiatry Medical Director. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the overall quality of the Hospitals’ patient care services, including regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as accepted professional practice methods. The Medical Director will provide the overall clinical leadership for the Hospitals’ services and programs, as well as make provisions for the education and supervision of all clinical staff to ensure quality patient care. As a member of the Medical Executive Committee, the Medical Director works with the medical staff in providing described services efficiently and effectively.

Associate Medical Director Openings

Lowell Treatment Center (Lowell, MA) is seeking a full-time Associate Medical Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical leadership skills, a commitment to effective and efficient care of patients, positive customer and team satisfaction and the ability to work and lead collaborative multidisciplinary teams. This position requires no weeknight or weekend call. Arbour Health System has openings for attending psychiatrists in several of our inpatient locations.  All patient care is provided in a multidisciplinary treatment setting with a treatment team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, mental health counselors and other therapists. These positions require no weeknight or weekend call. Any voluntarily-scheduled call for weeknights or weekends is at extra compensation. On-call physicians of all specialties including Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist, and Family Medicine are needed to provide weeknight and weekend coverage. Duties include writing admission orders, performing physical exams, and providing medical management. The positions offer a competitive salary with flexible scheduling. Full-time, salaried, benefitted DOC positions are available at various locations.

    – Hours available are for every Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Arbour-Fuller Hospital (South Attleboro, MA)
    – Hours available for full and part-time nights. Overnight weeknights 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.; Friday into Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.; Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
    Day physicians work eight hours per day, adjusting their day as it applies to daily call scheduling: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
